Necessary documentation:
- Copy of the holder's DNI or NIE+Passport+Registration (If the address does not appear on the NIE).
- Certificate of registration with the new direction in force for 6 months from the date of issue, in case of you don't put the new address in the ID card.
- Documentation completed and signed (Download).
