Duplicate circulation permit
You can request a duplicate driving licence, for the following reasons:
- deterioration
- loss
- theft
- change of the data.
If you have a driving licence issued by any Eu country, Andorra, Switzerland, Japan or any country belonging to the European Economic area, you will be given a driving licence, which is equivalent to that you had. Always and when you have your residence in Spain, and you have suffered a theft, deterioration or loss.
Required documentation for a duplicate permit
DOCUMENTATION
- Permit for the vehicle (except in cases of loss or theft).
- Identity document of the owner of the vehicle (for natural persons).
- Id card, tax number of the company (for legal persons).
- Affidavit to be signed in case of loss.
