Duplicate of the permit due to changes in technical data (Changes in classification)

Necessary documentation:

• Copy of the holder's DNI or NIE+Passport+Registration (If the address does not appear on the NIE).
• A copy of the tab where appears the change of service.
• Copy of the permit.
• Documentation completed and signed (Download).

Other circumstances in which you need a duplicate of the permit:

• Variation of data (Change of service)
• Change of address
